The General Council of the Assemblies of God ("GCAG" "we" or "our") operates the Web site identified as the http://agtv.ag.org domain name (the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in this Terms of Use agreement. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you. Any GCAG trademarks are the property of their respective departments and are used by permission. The content on AGTV, excluding user submissions, is owned or licensed to AGTV and GCAG. This includes but is not limited to text, video, graphics, photos, music, interactive features, trademarks, service marks and logos as well as other content. Thus they are subject to intellectual property rights under the law, and will be monitored as such. AGTV and GCAG reserve the right to reject, cancel and/ or remove content for any reason whatsoever and at any time, including but not limited to, any violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.
Once any content is posted on the site, AGTV retains the right to continue posting such content at its sole discretion.

AGTV makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such third party Web site. It is expected that all users of any part of AGTV will comply with applicable copyright laws.
