Welcome to AGTV. AGTV is operated by The General Council of the Assemblies of God "GCAG" and is provided to you subject to the following notices, terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms through Use

The General Council of the Assemblies of God ("GCAG" "we" or "our") operates the Web site identified as the http://agtv.ag.org domain name (the "Site").

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in this Terms of Use agreement. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use by posting revisions to the Site at any time. Your continued use of the Site indicates your agreement to any revised terms. Accordingly, we urge you to review the Terms of Use at the start of each use of the Site, and if you do not agree to the terms of this or any revised version, please exit the Site immediately.

Disclaimer of affiliation and/or responsibility

We claim no intellectually property rights over the material users provide to AGTV. Your profile and material uploaded is yours. We retain no rights to your submitted material.

You agree that the work you submit is original and you are solely responsible for the content thereof.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that materials available on the Site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights that are owned by The General Council of the Assemblies of God or are used by permission. You may download portions of the materials on the Site, provided that you only use such copies for your own non-commercial use and do not modify or alter these copies in any way, or delete or change any copyright, trademark, patent or other notices therein. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you. Except as we may expressly authorize, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from the materials on the Site. You may only use the materials on the Site as expressly permitted in this Terms of Use and for no other purpose.

Any GCAG trademarks are the property of their respective departments and are used by permission. They may not be downloaded, copied or otherwise exploited in anyway, for any other purpose without prior written consent by GCAG. The content on AGTV, excluding user submissions, is owned or licensed to AGTV and GCAG. This includes but is not limited to text, video, graphics, photos, music, interactive features, trademarks, service marks and logos as well as other content. Thus they are subject to intellectual property rights under the law, and will be monitored as such. They may not be downloaded, copied or otherwise exploited in anyway, for any other purpose without prior written consent by GCAG. All requests must be sent to rightsandpermissions@ag.org.

Acceptable User-Generated Content

You must not, in using AGTV, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws. You agree that the work you submit is original and you are solely responsible for the content thereof. GCAG and AGTV assume to obey all relevant copyright laws and will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such law. To make a claim, please provide all information with regard to the incident to info@ag.org

Video content may not be illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable. Videos that meet any of the following conditions may not be accepted for publication.

• The video features a theological position that would be considered by any reasonable standard to be inconsistent with the Assemblies of God's Statement of Fundamental Truths or official position papers.
• The video features content that would be considered openly against biblical standards of morality and conduct, including but not limited to adultery, fornication, gossip, lying, stealing, murder, homosexuality, drunkenness, pornography, debauchery and other behaviors clearly not becoming to a person attempting to live a holy and godly life.
• The video speaks negatively against the positions and policies of The General Council of the Assemblies of God.

Videos may further be precluded from placement if in the view of AGTV administration, the information contained in the video is deemed to be:

• Inappropriate or offensive to a vast majority for the target audience
• Misleading, confusing, or untruthful
• Would potentially hurt in a viable or significant way, the ministry efforts of the General Council
• The video is sponsored or supported by individuals or organizations that express blatant and public opposition to biblical standards of morality and conduct.
• The video content is limited in its scope (i.e. promotion of local events)

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content that you submit and display on AGTV.

AGTV reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of its Web site, including but not limited to contacting law enforcement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AGTV and our subsidiary, parent or other affiliated companies and their employees, contractors, officers and directors harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from your use or misuse of the Site or the Content therein. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

Grant of a License

By posting or contributing content using these Services, you are granting AGTV a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide license to use your content in connection with the operation of the Services, including, without limitation, the license rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your content, and or to incorporate it into a collective work.

AGTV and GCAG reserve the right to reject, cancel and/ or remove content for any reason whatsoever and at any time, including but not limited to, any violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.

Once any content is posted on the site, AGTV retains the right to continue posting such content at its sole discretion.

Hypertext Links to External Sites

AGTV may contain hypertext links to other web sites, which are completely independent of this site. AGTV makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such third party Web site. Please review linked sites, and, if you do not agree to be bound by the terms governing a site, we recommend that you terminate your visit to that site. We provide links only as a courtesy, and such links do not imply our endorsement of any third party site or related goods or services.

Right to Terminate

It is expected that all users of any part of AGTV will comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if AGTV receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, it will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. GCAG will comply with the appropriate provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in the event counter notification is received.
